The males heart weighs 9-11 ounces, and the females heart weighs about 11-12 ounces. A persons blood pressure has major onuss on their heart high blood pressure is a major risk factor for a heart attack. If the heart bay windowt get enough oxygen, you will get chest pains which is called angina, and when your blood flow is blocked, it will result in a heart attack.Not only do heart attacks occur with high blood pressure, so does congestive heart failure. Congestive heart failure can be deadly and is a result of the heart being unable to pump enough blood for what your body needs. Homeostasis is your bodys ability to av er an internal environment that is constant, no matter what is happening outside of it. The body has a lot of responsibility, like blood pressure, temperature, and things like glucose levels even.
